Terms of Use

Home Service Estimator ("HSE," "we," "us") is a service operated by BlueSystm LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company. These Terms govern your use of the HSE website and estimate tools. By using HSE, you agree to these Terms.

1. What HSE does

HSE provides free preliminary estimates for home improvement and repair projects based on the information you provide, and connects you with a local contractor who can perform the work. HSE does not perform any construction, repair, or installation work itself.

2. Estimates are preliminary

Estimates are generated automatically from your answers and from general market data. They are not quotes, bids, or offers. The actual cost of your project will be determined by the contractor after an on-site assessment. HSE makes no guarantee that any estimate reflects the final price.

3. Contractors are independent

The contractors we connect you with are independent businesses. They are not employees, agents, or partners of HSE or BlueSystm LLC. HSE does not perform their work, does not warrant it, and is not a party to any agreement you make with a contractor. Any contract for services is between you and the contractor.

4. Communications

By submitting a request, you agree to receive communications from HSE and from your matched contractor as described in the consent you provide at submission and in our Privacy Policy. Text messages come from Home Service Estimator. Calls may be made by our team or by an automated voice assistant acting for your matched contractor, which identifies the contractor and discloses that it is automated. You may withdraw consent at any time by replying STOP to any text message or by contacting us.

5. Your information

You agree that the information you provide is accurate and that you are authorized to request an estimate for the property described. You must be at least 18 years old to use HSE.

6. No guarantee of availability

We do not guarantee that a contractor will be available in your area, that a contractor will contact you within any specific time, or that any contractor will accept your project.

7. Limitation of liability

HSE and BlueSystm LLC are not liable for the work, conduct, pricing, licensing, or insurance of any contractor, or for any loss arising from your reliance on a preliminary estimate. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability to you is limited to $100.

8. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of Sheridan County, Wyoming.

9. Changes

We may update these Terms. Changes take effect when posted with a new effective date.
